Refund policy

Marbelle Blakk does not offer refunds for change of mind due to hygiene reasons, however we will happily provide you with a store credit of the amount of the item/s purchased if returned within 14 days of placing your order. Please note that this change of mind policy does not cover sale items. 

DID YOU PURCHASE EARRINGS?
We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Most product details including dimensions & size are provided in their descriptions and we recommend checking these before purchasing. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on earrings unless deemed faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

Upon packaging, photos are taken from our end for quality assurance purposes.
To ensure your jewellery maintain their longevity, we recommend keeping them away from water, moisture and products such as perfume and moisturising creams, to avoid the jewellery plating from discolouring.
In the event that a return is received, which, upon inspection, does not meet our requirements, we will return the item to the customer at the customer’s expense.

In the event that the item is faulty, we will gladly replace the product within 1 months of purchasing. Please contact our customer service team to arrange return via post for assessment.
This does not cover loss, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery, and therefore, is not considered a faulty item.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items purchased during our sale are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items (this excludes the sign up 10% offer or any discount codes applied) unless deemed faulty. If you have received a sale item that is faulty, please contact our team at info@marbelleblakk.com.au with a photo of the product clearly showing the fault, along with your order number.

Please email info@marbelleblakk.com.au to organise a return or for any return enquiries. Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date (address issued upon request). Returns must be sent back in original condition (unworn) including all tags and packaging, with shipping costs being at the customers expense. 

SHIPPING
When returning your product, an address will be provided to you upon request.
Please note we do not issue a refund/store credit for original shipping costs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all shipping costs to return the item.

It is recommended that use a traceable delivery method for your returning item, as - Marbelle Blakk are not held responsible for lost/ damaged returns in transit.

PROCESSING & STORE CREDIT
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
- You will receive your credit within 10 business days of the item/s received and you will be informed via email when this transaction is complete.
- Credit notes will be issued via Email sent as a voucher code, which will be valid for 12 months upon receiving email.
