Australian Orders 

 

We offer free standard shipping in Australia on all orders over $80. We also offer express shipping in Australia on all orders over $111.

Standard Post, for orders under $80 (2-5 business days):
$10.00

Express Post, for orders under $111 (1-4 business days):
$14.00

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to pack and ship your order.

If your require urgent shipment, please choose express shipping and leave us an order note at checkout, in addition to emailing us at info@marbelleblakk.com.au with your order number and we will do our best to send your order out at the earliest.

Customs Fees/Duties:

When purchasing goods outside of Australia, your package may be subject to import/duty fees. In the event that your international shipment attracts these charges, you as the customer will be required to cover them. Please note that MARBELLE BLAKK is not responsible for these charges. We recommend checking in with the customs office in your country for further information prior to placing an order.

Lost in Transit Packages:

Unfortunately, Marbelle Blakk is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. Please kindly ensure your order is being sent to a secure location to avoid any disappointment.

We recommend using a PO Box or parcel locker for extra security to ensure the safe delivery of your package if you are doubtful of the security of your delivery location.

Please note we do not ship on weekends or Australian public holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to local or international public holidays or any general shipping delays. We aim to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 24 - 48 hours. The shipping times indicated above are approximate timeframes and cannot be guaranteed. We do everything within our control to ship your order as soon as possible, however shipping times are not guaranteed.
